We hope that your days are filled with joy as you serve our Lord. Speaking of joy, please join us on Sunday morning for a special time of fellowship and worship. Chris Kear will bring our morning message as we continue to reflect on what it means to be “in Christ.” As always, it will be a joyful time of celebration. Also, make plans to be part of our annual Fellowship Church game night this Sunday evening at 6 PM. This is the event when we all bring snacks and play board games. Additionally, this year’s game night comes with a bonus event. During intermission, our youth will be sharing about their upcoming mission trip to Memphis. So bring your favorite junk food, board game, and self to the church at 6 PM on Sunday for a time of fun, food, fellowship, and inspiration. Childcare will be provided for the little ones.

We trust that everyone is doing well during this end of the school year, get ready for the summer season. At Fellowship Church, summer represents a good time to slow down and rest, enjoy quality time with family and friends, and enjoy being together through church-wide fellowships. We trust that you will personally experience all of these things this summer.

So, with this in mind, we hope that you will join us this Sunday morning at 10 o’clock as we continue our “In Christ” summer sermon series. Two weeks ago, Neal Nelson kicked off our summer teaching with his challenge to keep an “In Christ” notebook. Last week, Dr. Duvall helped us to realize that we really can overcome sin “In Christ.” This week, Dr. Jackson will teach on Paul’s understanding of koinōnia as it relates to being “In Christ.” Our worship will include celebrating the Lord’s Supper together, something you will not want to miss.

Also, be sure and make plans to join us for our first summer fellowship event hosted by Grant and Brittany Gubser on Sunday evening June 1st. The full summer schedule will be posted in next week’s Fellowship Focus. Through all of these opportunities, we pray that your summer will be full of abundant living “In Christ.”

Spring is in the air, and spring break is here! Many of our friends are travelling over the break, so remember them in your prayers. In particular we also have people serving Christ on various trips this week: Panama, Beach Reach, and Africa just to name a few. Please lift them up and ask the Lord to multiply their work.

Also, for the next two Sundays (the 16th and the 23rd) we will only have the 10:30 service on Sunday morning, and there will be no K-Group meetings.
